I love almost everything about the app, but there is 1 thing that just makes me nuts when I'm trying to navigate and see the more detailed items. ADs. Now I get you need to generate some income to cover the costs of the app, but to be forced to watch the same 20 - 30 second ad every time I want to watch a clip seem a bit much. Can you find a way to let someone be tortured by 1 ad and then see 3 clips before torturing is again? What about a version where we can pay a fee for ad free?

I'm a big fan of KHOU but this app is pretty dreadful. Notifications often link to blank screens or unrelated stories. When you do get to the story, it sometimes includes a text summary, but often only a video link. And these videos don't always play easily either. If I care about the story I usually end up resorting to opening KHOU in my browser and finding it. Also the app is just loaded with adware to the extent it obscures the content. You're the best TV news in Houston, KHOU, DO BETTER!!!!!

I have used the KHOU app for years. Sadly, when they did the upgrade they apparently decided that visually impaired people didn't need to read the news. Yes they do have it so you can adjust the font in a story by one level. For someone like myself and that is only after getting to the story. The homepage and menus can't be enlarged. I did write to KHOU the app when it first came out and told them of the problem. With no reply.. I wish I could get them to help me or else I will have to uninstall
